Job Description

MSS Executive Search are currently looking to grow their Research division and recruit an Associate Researcher/Sales Support Adminstrator to work within a busy office environment.

This is a duel focused role and will involve both administration / sales support to a team of Consultants and research and resourcing of candidates across the UK. The Executive Search Team recruit for varied roles, UK wide, mainly at a Senior level. These roles require an in-depth search of the candidate market which is done via head hunting and candidate market analysis. The successful post holder will be responsible for delivering comprehensive retained assignments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

Research & Resourcing

* Identify candidates that are suitable for roles via job boards, company websites and LinkedIn

* Resourcing / researching for candidates for key assignments

* Create target lists of companies, relevant for new assignments

* Provide accurate Name ID of potential candidates for assignments

* Qualifying and undertaking in-depth candidate interviews

* Contact candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn, headhunting

* Communicating daily with candidates, updating on recruitment process

* Identifying sales leads / lead generation

Administration

* Arranging interviews and sending interview confirmation to clients and candidates

* Maintaining database with CV’s, adding new clients and candidates, coding accordingly

* Reviewing applications

* Writing jobs briefs, advertising vacancies on key job boards and across social media platforms

* Diary management for Consultants

* Handling incoming calls

* Ad-hoc Admin duties

Research Associates should be well presented, pay excellent attention to detail, take pride in daily output and be able to work independently and within a close team. Applicants should thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency towards work. Key attributes include;

* Accurate data entry, experience with a CRM system is advantageous

* An organised individual, able to multitask

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines

* Proactive nature, self-motivated

* Strong problem solver with good initiative

* Excellent phone manner and confident making outbound calls

* Work well individually and in a small team environment

* Experience with Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, Social Media Savvy
